July-August 2026 DHA RN Study Plan For Working Nurses
If you are working 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, a perfect study schedule will fail. You need a plan that survives tired days, night duty, homecare shifts, and document stress.
The Rule: Small But Consistent
6-Week Plan
Take one mock. Review patient ID, falls, escalation, and infection control.
Practice allergy checks, high-alert meds, side effects, teaching, and monitoring.
Focus on ABC, unstable signs, urgent reporting, delegation, and deterioration.
Review SBAR, charting, confidentiality, consent, and scope boundaries.
Take mixed sets. Repair only your lowest topics instead of restarting everything.
Take a final mock, check test logistics, and stop collecting new materials.
For Homecare Nurses
Homecare duty can be tiring because the routine may look simple but the hours are long. Use quiet moments for flash review, not full mock tests. Save timed practice for rest days. During duty breaks, review short rationales: infection control, medication timing, fall prevention, documentation, and escalation signs.
Weekly Minimum If You Are Busy
- One timed mixed set per week.
- Three short weak-topic sessions.
- One missed-question review session.
- One document/application check if DataFlow or Sheryan is still moving.
Start With Your Baseline
Take one mock now, then use the 6-week plan around your shifts.
