July 2026 UAE homecare offer check
July 2026 UAE Homecare Offer Checklist For Filipino Nurses
A homecare offer can be a real opportunity, but it can also become exhausting if the details are unclear. Before saying yes, check the job, license path, salary breakdown, and whether you will still have energy to prepare for DHA or HAAD if that is your next step.
Ask These Before You Say Yes
Are you hired as RN, nurse assistant, caregiver, or another title? The title matters.
Will the employer support DHA, DOH/HAAD, MOH, eligibility, or license activation?
Ask basic salary, net salary, allowances, deductions, and overtime calculation.
Clarify 8, 10, 12, or 24-hour duty, split shifts, night duty, and rest days.
Ask whether it is one patient, multiple patients, bedridden care, pediatric, elderly, or complex case.
Check accommodation, transport, food allowance, location, and distance from duty.
Green Flags And Red Flags
If You Still Need To Study
Be honest about your energy. If the job is 12-hour homecare and you still need DHA or HAAD preparation, your study plan must be small and realistic. Use duty days for short rationale review, and rest days for timed practice. Do not accept a schedule that leaves no room for sleep and then blame yourself for not studying.
Questions To Send The Employer
- What is the exact job title and facility/company name?
- Is the position homecare, clinic, hospital, or medical center?
- What is the basic salary, net salary, and allowance breakdown?
- How many duty hours per day and days off per month?
- Who handles visa, insurance, accommodation, transport, and license fees?
- Will the company support DHA or DOH/HAAD licensing steps?
- Can I review the written offer before deciding?
