Source Hierarchy

1. Official regulator and testing pages first. For process guidance, we prioritize DHA/Sheryan, Prometric, DataFlow, DOH/HAAD, MOH, SCFHS, and other official pages where relevant.
2. Public nursing fundamentals for study guidance. Practice questions are based on general nursing safety, assessment, infection control, medication safety, documentation, and prioritization principles.
3. Community questions only for topic discovery. Facebook, Reddit, TikTok, and forum questions can reveal what candidates are confused about, but they are not treated as official facts.

Question Bank Standard

• Questions must be original educational practice items.
• No leaked, recalled, official, copyrighted, or private review-center questions.
• Each question should teach a nursing rationale, not only reveal an answer.
• Items should avoid pass guarantees, exact-exam claims, or unsafe clinical shortcuts.

AI Use

AI is used to assist with drafting, weak-area explanations, organization, and practice direction. AI is not used to claim official eligibility, provide patient-care advice, invent official exam questions, or guarantee passing. Content is checked for source boundaries, candidate usefulness, and public-safe wording before publication.
